I can't wait for my Slippery Monkey

When in Aruba, my wife L and I, along with our friends drink the famous drink of the Aruba Marriott properties - the Slippery Monkey. It is quite strong, filling and oh so yummy.

Courtesy of the Visit Aruba site, here is the recipe:

Slippery Monkey Ingredients:
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Baileys Island Oasis banana frozen beverage mix (pasteurized banana mix)
Chocolate sirup
Banana Liquor
Ice
Dark Cocoa

Place the dark cocoa in bottom of glass (a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet). Put all other ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!

i think its one of the best drinks i ever had... but don't forget to fill the straw with rummmmmmmmmm

I just got back from the Marriott Surf Club.....I drank these poolside several days in a row. We've already made them at home since I've returned!! It's rich, but oh so good!
